CLOSES- Friday, February 22 at 3:00PM

How do I register?

  • A chapter Service Chair is responsible for registering members.
  • Projects will be a mix of councils and chapters.
  • Each chapter may only have 5-6 members at a particular service project.
  • Once the chapter has selected 3-4 projects of interest, the service chair must come into the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Affairs (310 JWRU) with the members names and email addresses to register.

Grounds Beautification

Planting, pulling weeds, laying mulch, picking up garbage, and other yard work.

Cleaning

Cleaning

General cleaning of facilities inside and outside and reorganization and cleaning of children’s toys.

Painting

Painting

Minor paint touchups to large scale painting inside and outside of buildings.

Why participate?

  • To have fun with members of the Florida Greek community while providing essential services to the Gainesville community.
  • Free food, t-shirts and other prizes will be given away at our Kickoff Event on Saturday morning. Kiss 105.3 will also be there with their giant stereo.

Once a chapter has registered a participant they will be held responsible for fulfilling the assigned spot. Failure to show up will result in a loss of points for their Greek Week team and further action from the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Affairs.
