Delta Tau Delta's Miss Greek

Miss Greek
The Delta Zeta chapter of Delta Tau Delta recently hosted its inaugural Miss Greek pageant.  Contestants from thirteen campus sororities competed in the areas of fashion walk, talent, philanthropic address and fundraising.
The event, held at the Curtis M. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, was the culmination of eight months of work by the brothers and their contestants.  With more than 700 people in attendance, Delta Tau Delta was able to donate $11,000 to both organizations and awarded scholarships totaling $1,000.
Miss Amanda Hall from Alpha Delta Pi was crowned Miss Greek 2007 and will be working with the chapter to host its Second Annual Miss Greek pageant in the Spring of 2008 where the men hope to double the attendance and amount raised for charity.  On April 10, 2007, a Florida Delt Tradition was born!
