| Chapter Roster Update Due: Wednesday, December 6 |
 |
|
It is time to update the chapter roster for fall
2006 grades. This process is very important for
Florida Greek Standards and must be done on or
before Wednesday, December 6, 2006.
1. Log into the database at
www.union.ufl.edu/involvement using your Gatorlink
username and password.
2. All new members for fall 2006 should be entered
and coded as NEW MEMBERS. This will ensure we run
their grades as new members for this semester. You
can change them to active members after December 6.
If anyone is listed as a new member that actually
initiated in a PREVIOUS semester, change him/her to
active. If anyone is listed as a new member who
dropped or was removed from the class, change
him/her to terminated or disaffiliated. ***NPHC
and MGC presidents - if you chapter had a line this
fall, all members of that line should be put in as
NEW MEMBERS. You can change them to active members
after December 6 as well.
3. All active members for fall 2006 should be
entered and coded as ACTIVE MEMBERS. If someone
will graduate this fall, leave him/her as ACTIVE for
now or the grades for that person will not be
counted. You can change him/her to alumnus in
January. If anyone is listed as an active member
who dropped or was removed from the chapter, change
him/her to terminated or inactive.
4. For chapters with houses, please make sure
everyone living in the house is coded as an IN HOUSE
member. Everyone else should be coded as OUT OF HOUSE.
5. Remember, anyone listed as NEW OR ACTIVE MEMBERS
must be an enrolled student at UF for this semester.
If someone is not taking classes, they cannot be a
NEW OR ACTIVE MEMBER.
If you have any additional questions, please do not
hesitate to contact Chris Bullins at 846-3171 or
bullins@ufl.edu.

| Change of Officer Form |
 |
|
Please remember that officer changes must be updated
on the involvement website. If a President,
Treasurer and/or faculty advisor has changed, a
change of officer form must be turned in to the
Center for Student Involvement by the organization
President. Once the form is turned in, the President
will be able to update officers online.
